The Notes tab in a deal lists notes that have been recorded into the system for the current deal.
The system will list the date the note was taken, the user who entered the note, the note itself and if the priority option was set to on or off.
Click on New Note to add a note to this deal, or Print Notes to print out a sheet of all the notes, listing the date of the note, the body of the note, and the priority setting.
Adding a New Note
When adding a new note to a deal, click the New Note button and enter the note into the Notes field of the new note. Select On to create a priority note, or set a date in the future to create a reminder (see below).
