Quick Deal – AutoManager

The Quick Deal function allows you to see what the payment structure for a monthly deal will look like, based on the number of payments. This tool gives a general idea of where the payments will be, but it may not give an exact figure.

From the Deal/Trade tab, click the Quick Deal button.

Enter the deal parameters and the Quick Deal screen will show you the monthly payment breakdown for several different numbers of payments.
Once the customer finds the number of payments he would like to go with, you can substitute that number of payments in the number of payments field, then you can then print the screen with or without the finance charge.
To start over, click on the Clear button.
If you click on Inventory, you can see your available inventory.
If you’ve entered the asking price for that vehicle, it will be substituted into the cash price.
The CAP button will show you the purchase price of the car (how much you bought the car for) as well as the total cost (including reconditioning, service, towing, etc.).
