Craigslist Posting Interface – Auto Scheduler

The Auto Post Schedules tab is where you can set when you post to Craigslist.

1. To Navigate to Auto Post Schedules, hover over Settings, then hover over Integrations, then click Craigslist.
   
2. This page will populate with all the schedules you have set.
   
3. Add New Auto Posting Schedule
   1. To create a new schedule, click “+ Add New Schedule” at the bottom of the page.
      
      
      
   2. 1. Enabled is the on/off switch for the template.
      2. Name is an editable field where you can input the title for the schedule.
      3. Template is a pull-down menu of the available templates created in the templates tab.
      4. Location is a pull-down menu of the available locations set in the locations tab.
      5. Days is where you will decide when this template will be used to post. You can select all, none, or somewhere between to your liking.
      6. Start is where you will decide what time the posting begins. We have options to start at 30 min intervals between 3:00 am – 8:00 pm.
      7. Post is the number of vehicles you would like included in the bulk upload. We have options from 1 – 50 vehicles.
      8. Interval is where you set the amount of time you wish for the system wait between each post. The minimum is 1 minute and the maximum is 1 hour.
      9. End Time is an estimation that will be determined based on the number of vehicles being posted and the interval time set, calculating from your start time.
   3.  Vehicle
      
      
   4. Category is a pull-down menu to select the type of vehicle you will be uploading 
   5. Photos is a pull-down menu where you can select the minimum number of photos each vehicle will be uploaded with, up to the maximum allowed by craigslist which is 24.
   6. Price is where you can set the price range of the vehicles being uploaded. Vehicles with a listing price that falls within the range set will be selected to upload. 
      1. E.g. Using the above image, only vehicles that have a price listed between a minimum of $10,000 up to a maximum of $40,000 will be selected to post.
   7. Description will narrow down the vehicles chosen to only those that meet the above criteria as well as having a vehicle description entered.
   8. Last Posted allows you to only post vehicles that haven’t been posted for a selected amount of days.
      1. E.g. Setting a schedule to post all vehicles that haven’t been posted in the last 2 days.
      2. If you want a vehicle to only post once, select “Never” and vehicles that have never been posted, will only post once.
   9. Projected Vehicles is a list of vehicles that would be selected to be posted based on your current settings.

   11.  Schedules can be edited and turned on or off at any time.
       1. To navigate there, hover over Settings, then hover over Integrations, then click Craigslist.
          
          
       2. Clicking “Settings” on the right side of the window will reopen the schedule for editing.
          
       3. Clicking “Delete” will remove the schedule from the list.
          
       4. If a schedule is deleted in error, there is a “View Delete Log” button in the bottom right corner of the page.
