WebManager User Roles

With WebManager User Accounts, your ability to access various modules and features is governed by which user role you have been assigned to. 

Administrators

The administrator role is the highest role in WebManager and has access to everything.  When your WebManager account is created, the account owner is given the Administrator role, and their role cannot be changed. 

Administrator users can create and delete other Administrator users.  The account owner Administrator can never be deleted, and other Administrator users cannot be edited or deleted by lower roles.

Managers

Managers are the next highest role under administrators.  Managers can do just about everything administrators can, but they cannot edit or delete Administrator role users.

Salesperson

Users in this role can do most general work in WebManager, but have limited/read-only access to settings.  They also cannot view Dealer Cost and Profit values in Inventory and Reports.

Data Entry

This role is designed for users to be able to add and edit Inventory, but not have access to create auctions, or post to Craigslist or Facebook.  This role has no access to any settings.

Guest

This is a very limited role that can only view Inventory, but cannot edit or delete any vehicles, and has no access to anything else.
