The Activation History screen can be accessed from anywhere in DeskManager by clicking Inventory in the side menu, then selecting Activation History.
This view shows the history of any vehicles you have activated from Staging to Live inventory.
Vehicles must be activated to Live inventory to enable most of the features in WebManager.
For Prepaid 10 and Prepaid 30 subscription plans, this is the point at which each vehicle can be billed for if you activate more vehicles in a one month period than your plan allows.
Vehicles activated during the current month are listed first.
You can display activation history for an earlier month by clicking on the Date filter and selecting a different Month.
Each entry will show a link to the vehicle that was activated, the time it was activated, who it was activated by, and what your WebManager status was at the time.
It is possible to have an entry for a vehicle that was activated while you were a trial client which would not be billed, and have an entry for the same vehicle that was activated when you were a subscriber and which could be billed.
