Keeping track of user activity in the context of vehicle inventory management can be a challenging task due to the multitude of variables involved, from vehicle movements to maintenance schedules. The User Activity screen displays a summary of account activity for the selected username and month.
Your user activity can be accessed from anywhere in WebManager by clicking Reports in the side menu, then selecting User Activity.
The first column of the summary is Inventory, which includes vehicles added to Staging Inventory, vehicles activated from Staging to Live Inventory, and vehicles moved to Archived. The second column of the summary is Auctions, which includes eBay Motors auctions Scheduled and unpaid Disputes Filed. The last column is Contacts, which includes Messages Sent and Contacts Created.
You can view activity for any month from the time your WebManager account was created to the present month.
You can also view activity from any specific user.
Account administrators can view activity for any account user.
