Default Printers – AutoManager

DeskManager can set different default printers for different types of print jobs. To access the settings for default printers click File, click Setup, then click Printers.

Use the drop menu to select the printer you would like to use for each type of print job. If your printer has multiple paper trays you can use the drop menu for Paper Bin to select the tray as well.

The recommended uses for each option is below:
Form Printer - This is the printer that will be used to print all of your forms, bank contracts, and warranty forms.
Report Printer - This is the printer that will be used to print reports.
Check Printer - This is the printer that will be used to print checks.
Label/Coupon Printer - This is the printer that will be used to print labels and coupons.
System Default Printer - This is the printer that you've defined to be your default printer in Windows. This printer is also the printer used for any PDF forms you may want to print.
