Default Costs

DeskManager will allow you to add costs automatically when you add a vehicle to your inventory. If you enter a vehicle that does not need your default costs, you can always remove them.

To get started click on File, then click Setup.

Next expand Inventory Setup and click Default Costs.

To add a new default cost click New, then fill out the cost information. Click Save when you are done with that expense.

To edit an existing default cost click once on the cost and make the appropriate changes. Click Save to save the changes.

To delete a default cost, click once on the cost then click Delete. You do not need to click Save.
