Email Setup – System Wide

DeskManager can email certain forms and letters to customers provided you have your email configured within DeskManager. You will need the outgoing mail server information from your email provider. AutoManager does not keep track of this information.

To get started click on File, then click Setup.

Under the setup section click Company Profile and double click the company profile you would like to work with.

Enter the outgoing mail server information from your email provider, then click Test Email.

Be sure to save your changes after you’ve successfully set the email settings.
