• The only fields you can change on this screen are:
  • Dealer Number
  • Telephone
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Fax
  • Vendor ID
  • Tax ID
  • E-mail information
  • Web site
  • Company Logo
  • Lot Name
  • Garage Name

Dealer Information

• Web Site – Enter a web site address here.   This will print on various forms and reports.
• Company Logo – Use the browse button to load a company logo image file to be used on various forms and reports.  The file needs to be in JPG format and should not be too large of a resolution.  If the file is too large, it will alter the look of the reports or forms where it will be displayed.
• Lot Name – Enter an alias for this company profile.  Wherever a company profile name would appear, the system will substitute this alias.
• Garage Name – Enter the name for the shop at the dealership. Service items will print with this name.
