This allows you to define letters that you can print from within the deal. For example, you can create a Thank you letter.
To locate the Letters Setup, click File -> Setup, then in the list on the left, beneath Deal, click Letters.
To create a letter:
- Click on New.
- Enter the name of the letter.
- Click Save.
- A Customize window will display to enter the text for the letter.
- To see what fields are available, click Insert Field.
