Your Sold Inventory can be accessed from anywhere in WebManager under Inventory -> Sold.
- This view contains all vehicles which have been marked as Sold, whether the sale is Pending, Unpaid, or Final.
- Sold vehicles will continue to be displayed on your website but will be marked as either “Sale Pending” or “Sold”, depending on the Sale Status.
- Sold vehicles are not eligible to be listed on eBay and will not be exported to classifieds sites.
- If an eBay auction ends with a winning bid, the vehicle will be moved to Sold Inventory automatically for you, with a sale status of Unpaid.
- If the sale cannot be completed for any reason, you can select the vehicle and click on Cancel Sale to return the vehicle to your Live Inventory.
- The vehicle will no longer be marked as “Sold” on your website and can again be listed on eBay and exported to classifieds sites.
- Once you have completed the sale and you no longer want the vehicle displayed on your website, select the vehicle and click on Archive to move the vehicle to Archived Inventory, which will preserve all the vehicle data, particularly the Sale Detail for reporting purposes.
- Archived vehicles can be restored to Sold Inventory at any time if you need to make any changes to the Sale Detail, or if the vehicle was mistakenly archived and you need to cancel the sale and restore it to Live Inventory.
- Note, however, that photos for vehicles in Archived inventory are deleted periodically to free up server resources.
- At this time, photos for Archived vehicles will be preserved for a minimum of 90 days.
- If we need to reduce this time at some point in the future, we will make an announcement before doing so.
- To cancel a Sale or Archive vehicles, check the box next to the vehicle (or click on the checkbox in the header to select all vehicles on the current screen) and click on the Cancel Sale or Archive buttons.
