Staging Inventory

Your Staging Inventory can be accessed from anywhere in WebManager under Inventory -> Staging.

• Your Staging Inventory is where you can add new vehicles and make changes to them as needed before making them Live, which then makes them eligible to be charged a listing fee.
  • You can upload and re-arrange photos, edit your vehicle description, adjust the listing template and preview your listing so you can see how the vehicle would look before making it Live.
• While your vehicles are in Staging, they will not be displayed on your website, and they will not be eligible for listing on eBay or exporting to classifieds sites.
  • Once they are activated to Live inventory, all features of WebManager will be available.
• If you have vehicles in Staging that you are not prepared to activate at this time, or you need to make room to add other vehicles to Staging, you can Archive them, which will preserve any vehicle information you have entered.
  • Archived vehicles can be restored to Staging at any time if you need to activate them later.
  • Note, however, that photos for vehicles in Archived inventory are deleted periodically to free up server resources.
  • At this time, photos for Archived vehicles will be preserved for a minimum of 90 days.
  • If we need to reduce this time at some point in the future, we will make an announcement before doing so.
• To Activate or Archive vehicles, check the box next to the vehicle (or click on the checkbox in the header to select all vehicles on the current screen) and click on the Activate or Archive buttons.
