Managing vehicle inventory is a multifaceted challenge, with the constant flux of arrivals, sales, and deletions making it difficult to maintain a comprehensive record. WebManager meticulously records even the vehicles that have been deleted, offering a holistic perspective that empowers better management and strategic insights.
Deletion History can be accessed from anywhere in WebManager by clicking Inventory in the side menu, then selecting Deletion History.
By accessing this screen, you can trace the history of all the vehicles that have been removed from your inventory. This feature proves useful in determining if a vehicle that you anticipated finding was deleted, and whether it was done by a user or an automated process.
Each entry will show a link to the vehicle that was activated, the time it was activated, who it was activated by, and what your WebManager status was at the time.
It is possible to have an entry for a vehicle that was activated while you were a trial client which would not be billed, and have an entry for the same vehicle that was activated when you were a subscriber and which could be billed.
You can display deletion history for an earlier month by clicking on the Filter and selecting a different month.
