VinSolutions Integration with WebManager enables importing contacts from VinSolutions to WebManager.
First, click the Settings cogwheel located at the bottom of the leftmost sidebar. Under the Integrations category, select VinSolutions.
Enter your Username and Password.
If you do not possess a username and password from VinSolutions, please contact VinSolutions at 800-980-7488 and select option 3. Request assistance in creating a user account that can be used for web desking. Once VinSolutions sets up your user account, you will be able to import contacts by using the provided username and password
Next, click Save.
To import a contact, enter the Deal ID for that contact and click Import Contact.
Please note you will need to first enter and save the VinSolutions provided username and password for this contact before importing.
