The Facebook Marketing Suite is a new add-on in WebManager that brings together several Facebook and Instagram tools in one place. It gives you access to the Facebook Marketplace Auto Posting Utility (APU), automatically installs the Facebook Pixel on your WebManager website, connects Facebook Messenger so you can respond to leads directly in WebManager, syncs your inventory to a Facebook catalog, and allows you to share non-ad posts to Facebook and Instagram.
The Auto Posting Utility itself is not new, but it is now available directly within the Suite for easier access.

What You’ll Need
To use Facebook Facebook Suite, you’ll need a Facebook Business account, a Facebook Page, and a payment method saved in WebManager such as a credit card or ACH.
Connecting Your Facebook Account
After enrolling in the suite, the next step is to connect your Facebook account.
Select Connect to Facebook.
A pop-up window will appear where you can sign in to your Facebook Business account. Once signed in, grant WebManager permission to access your account.
Next, choose the Business Manager you want to use, then select the Page you want to connect.
After that, choose your Facebook Pixel. If only one Pixel is associated with your account, WebManager will automatically select it.
Finally, select an existing catalog or create a new one by entering a name and saving it.
Setup Complete
Once setup is complete, WebManager will install the Facebook Pixel on your website, sync your inventory with your selected catalog, and connect Messenger so you can view and reply to messages inside WebManager.
Posting tools for Facebook and Instagram will also be unlocked, and your catalog will be ready for posting and future ad use.
Integration Settings
The Integration Settings tab shows tiles for Facebook Page, Facebook Pixel, Inventory Feed, Vehicle Catalog, Business Manager, and Instagram Business.
Each tile includes shortcuts to manage the resource directly on Facebook. If you need to change your selected Page, Pixel, or Catalog, click the pencil icon in the tile.
Facebook APU
The Facebook APU tab provides a launch point for the Auto Posting Utility. This is the tool you’ll use to post vehicles to Facebook Marketplace. Detailed instructions for the Auto Posting Utility are covered in a separate guide.
Post Settings
The Post Settings tab controls how your posts appear on Facebook and Instagram. You can decide when posts are created, whether photos are required before a vehicle is posted, and how the post titles are formatted.
On the right side of this page, there is also a link to Social Media Posting.
This view lists your vehicles with their posting status. You can view, edit, or delete existing posts. If a vehicle has not yet been shared, you’ll see a Post Now button to publish it immediately.
Messenger
Messenger can be opened either from the quick link on the Facebook Suite page or from the WebManager menu.
It shows all messages sent to your Facebook Page, and you can reply from within WebManager. Messages sent or received outside WebManager also appear so your conversation history is complete.
Managing Connections
If you ever need to change your Page, Pixel, or Catalog, return to the Integration Settings tab and select the pencil icon in the appropriate tile. WebManager will re-sync automatically with the new selections.
Troubleshooting
If you see an Add Payment Method button, you’ll need to save a payment method before enrolling.
If your Business Manager, Page, Pixel, or Catalog do not appear in the selection steps, confirm that your Facebook account has the correct permissions. Reconnecting often resolves the issue.
If your permissions change later, you may need to re-authenticate from the Facebook Suite page.
