Are you seeing this message when attempting to log in?
There’s a good chance you may have forgotten your username or password. Here's how to confirm your login credentials.
Reset Password
On the DeskManager Online login screen, click Forgot Password.
Confirm your username. Then click Send Password Recovery Email.
A password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your user account. You will be able to partially view the email address, for your own reference.
Log into this email address and wait a moment for your password reset email to arrive. Follow the link in this email.
Create and confirm a new password.
Attempt to log in with your new password. If you still cannot log in, confirm your username with instructions from the “Forgot Username” section below.
Still can’t log in? Have another user verify that your user account is set to Active. If it is not, have them change the account to Active within the Users list.
Forgot Username
On the DeskManager Online login screen, click Forgot Username.
Confirm the email address associated with your user account. Then click Send Username Recovery Email.
If you do not know your associated email address, have a logged-in user inspect your user account and share the email address with you.
Log into the email you provided and wait for your username recovery email to arrive. This email will contain your username.
Attempt to log in with your username. If you still cannot log in, reset your password with instructions from the “Reset Password” section above.
Still can’t log in? Have another user verify that your user account is set to Active. If it is not, have them change the account to Active.
