Carpay allows borrowers to make payments on their car loan through any of three channels - a mobile app, online, and by phone (877-9CARPAY).
Setting Up New Carpay Users:
Carpay specialized in Buy Here Pay Here. Your customers will see their side notes, late fees, pickup payments, debt cancellation coverage, collateral protection insurance, and chargebacks. All of your customer reminders (emails, texts, and expired card reminders) are sent for you as well.
To configure Carpay in DeskManager Online navigate to Setting, click the Integrated Vendors section, then click Payment Management.
From here click Carpay.
Next click Sign Up for Carpay.
This will bring you to a page where you can activate Carpay. Scroll down and click Activate Carpay in DeskManager.
Follow the prompts to create your merchant account. Once completed your Carpay integration will be active.
Setting Up Existing DeskManager 11 Carpay Users in DeskManager Online:
IMPORTANT! These steps are only done AFTER the DeskManager 11 export to DeskManager Online has been finished.
After the client's DeskManager 11 data has been exported to DeskManager Online, the end user can go to Settings > Integrated Vendors > Payment Management.
As long as the end user's Client ID was already registered to Carpay with DeskManager 11, when trying to register the end user will be given a button that says "Enable Existing Carpay Integration" instead of "Sign Up for Carpay":
After "Clicking Enable Exiting Carpay Integration", the user will be prompted with:
Clicking OK will finalize the decision and will prevent Carpay payment downloads from being downloaded to DeskManager 11. Instead, they will be processed and displayed within the DeskManager Online Application.
