How to Configure Lender Networks

You can transfer a deal from DeskManager Online to one of our four integrated lenders: Mid-Atlantic Finance Company, Dealertrack, CUDL, or RouteOne.  

In addition to securing financing for a deal, you may also want to transfer a deal to secure eSign services through a provider such as RouteOne or Dealertrack.  

First, click the Settings cogwheel located at the bottom of the leftmost sidebar. Under the Integrated Vendors category, select Lenders.

Click on the lender you’d like to set up, then refer to its setup directions below. 

Mid-Atlantic Finance Company

To enable your integration, click Enable Automatic Bulk Upload of BHPH Sales to Mid Atlantic Finance. 

Enabling this integration will send Mid-Atlantic your active Buy Here Pay Here deals along with the payment history for those deals. You will receive a registration email from Mid-Atlantic and they will reach out to finish setting up the integration. 

Click Save & Close.

Once fully configured, DeskManager Online will upload your active Buy Here Pay Here deals and their associated payments daily. Mid-Atlantic Finance Company will monitor your portfolio and may give you offers to acquire qualified loans from your portfolio. 

Dealertrack 

Please note that using this specific lender requires a subscription to our Dealertrack module. To purchase the Dealertrack subscription, contact your AutoManager representative. 

To first integrate with Dealertrack, verify your company information, then include your Dealertrack ID. 

If you don’t know your Dealertrack ID, contact Dealertrack. 

Once you’ve entered your ID, click Link Account. 

It can take up to 24 hours for your integration request to be approved by Dealertrack. 

You can check to see if you’ve been approved by visiting this Dealertrack integration page at any time. 

Once complete, click the back arrow. 

CUDL 

On the CUDL setup page, include your Seller Code. 

If you don’t know your Seller Code, contact CUDL. 

Then click Save & Close. 

RouteOne 

If you already have a RouteOne account and an associated Dealer ID, do not provide it. RouteOne will give you a different Dealer ID for use with DeskManager Online at the end of the setup process. 

First, follow the Registration instructions, whether or not you already have a RouteOne account. 

By emailing RouteOne the requested information, they will begin the setup process on their end.   

RouteOne should contact you once the setup process is complete and provide you with a Dealer ID for use with DeskManager Online. 

Once they’ve completed the registration process, include the RouteOne Dealer ID they provide to you. 

Then click Save & Close.
