DeskManager Online offers several display and interface settings for personalization and ease of use. If you have difficulty reading DeskManager Online or struggle with multiple tabs, that’s a good sign you should customize your display and interface settings.
Customizing Display and Interface Settings
Click your user initials in the top-right. Then select Display & Interface Settings.
[Display – Interface Settings]
You should now see the settings window. To get a better view of what you’ll be customizing, click the top of the settings window and drag it to a different part of the screen.
Under the Theme field, you can select one of four default themes: Colorful, Bluesy, Oceanic, and Royal.
For more customization, select the Custom option under theme. The Header, Menu, Background, and Modules fields will now be unlocked. You can change their colors individually.
You can also adjust the size of fonts. Under the Forms column, you can change the font of labels, inputs, and tabs.
Under the Toolbar column, you can toggle toolbar icons on or off.
You may tell DeskManager Online how to choose a Saved Filter. If Last Selection is enabled, DeskManager Online will automatically apply the previous Saved Filter.
If Let Me Choose is selected, DeskManager Online will never apply a Saved Filter unless you choose to.
Lastly, you may tell DeskManager where to open Detail Pages, such as for inventory or accounts. If New Window is selected, DeskManager will open this page in a new tab.
If Current Window is selected, DeskManager will open the page on the current tab.
