How to Setup Vehicle Valuations
Running Vehicle Valuations
First, navigate to the details page of a vehicle you’d like to appraise.
From the vehicle details page, click the Values tab.
The Values tab lists Prices, Book Values, and the Valuation Sticker at the top.
If a provider is set to run an automatic valuation, the valuation report will appear under the provider’s section below.
If a provider is not set to run an automatic valuation, you can manually run a valuation report. Click Get Valuation next to the appropriate provider.
In the Book Values section, you’ll see the Retail, Trade, and Wholesale values from your default valuation provider. A small KBB or NADA badge will display which provider is generating these values.
If you use both KBB and NADA, you may click Use these book values beside the provider of your choice to alternate to the other provider’s values.
To print a book sheet from either provider, click Print Book Sheet in that provider’s section.
In addition to a book sheet, Kelley Blue Book also allows you to print a window sticker with the vehicle’s KBB valuation. To do so, click Print Window Sticker. You may choose to print a Standard window sticker, or a window sticker with Information Only.
