Parts & Service User Access

This article covers the user security access rights that are associated to Fixed Ops (Parts & Service).

Go to Settings > Organization > Users 

In the User list, search and click into the User:

Once in the User click on the Parts & Service tab:

User access right breakdown:

Service

• Service Writer - setting this option to true will cause the user First and Last name to appear in the Service Invoice > Service Writer drop down
• Technician - setting this option to true will cause the user First and Last name to appear in the Service Invoice > Labor > Technician drop down
• Can reopen Service invoices - setting this option to true will allow the user to reopen a closed Service Invoice

Parts

• Can reopen Part Invoice - setting this option to true will allow the user to reopen a closed Part Invoice
• Can reopen Purchase Orders - setting this option to true will allow the user to reopen a closed Purchase Order
