Part Invoice List

The Part Invoice List shows all part invoices in a searchable, filterable list. Use it to find invoices, review totals, open an invoice to make changes, print documents, and manage invoice status (including voiding when permitted).

How to Get There

Expand the Left Menu > Go to Parts > Part Invoice List 

Create a New Part Invoice

Click Add Part Invoice at the top of the page to add a new Part Invoice

Search Filter and Sort Parts

At the top of the table, you can focus the scope of the list using the global Search, individual column searches and\or use Filtering and Sorting to refine search results. These filters help you quickly find Part Invoices by their Invoice Number, Customer/Vendor, or Status. This can be in combination of one another or used separately.

• Search bar - General search of all columns
• Lot selector - Choose which lot you’re viewing; All Lots or Current Lot
• Column Headers - Can be used to filter through individual column headers

Column headers can be removed or shown based on your preferences. 

The order in which the column headers display can also be changed at any time, by dragging and dropping a column header.

At the bottom you’ll see:

• Items count
• Filters count
• Rows per page
• Pagination controls

Opening a Part Invoice

Click a Part row to open it. You’ll be taken into the Part details, where you can update the existing Part.

Edit Part Invoice

When you open a Part Invoice, you can view/edit its contents:

• Basic Info - This will contain the Status, Salesperson and Invoice Date
• Customer - This is where you can search, or add a new customer. After a customer is added, you  can remove the customer in cases where a different purchaser is making the purchase on the already created part invoice 
• Status History - This is the historical audit log of the Part Invoice, it will show the changes that have been saved to the Part Invoice
• Financial Summary - This is the total of the Parts, Discount, Freight and Taxes will appear for the Part invoice
