Contacts in WebManager are synced with DeskManager Online, however you can manually add contacts as well.
Adding contacts can be accomplished from anywhere in DeskManager by clicking Contacts in the side menu, then selecting Add Contact.
Take note of the tabs across the top of the screen: General, Identification Data, Activity History, Vehicle Inquiries, and Credit Application.
Under the General tab, make sure to provide the name, phone number, and address of the contact.
Under the Identification Data section, you may provide additional personal contact details. However, please only input the relevant information.
Under Credit Applications, please provide the contact's information in as much detail as possible. This should include their current and previous residential status, along with any history of repossessions or bankruptcies.
To add information about employment status, bank and debt details, or personal references, simply click on the Add New option under the respective tab.
In the section for Employment/ Income Sources, kindly provide the contact's current or previous place of work and elaborate on the type of work involved. To include another place of work for the contact, simply click on Add New again.
Please provide the bank information for the contact.
If debt exists for the contact, please fill out the appropriate information under Debt Information.
If the contact has any references they would like to use, you may include that information in the last section, Personal References.
Don't forget to Save before finalizing the contact.
