Custom Lead Sources

DeskManager Online allows you to enter your own custom lead sources.

First, click the Settings cogwheel located at the bottom of the leftmost sidebar. Under the Contacts category, select Custom Lead Sources.

To add a new source, click Add New.

Give your source a Name.

System lead sources can be disabled by checking Hide System Lead Sources.

Hover over the source you would like to remove, then click the trashcan icon.

Click Save & Close when finished.

When finished, you can view your Custom Lead Source in the Demographics section of any contact.
