The Contacts list displays information about contacts created automatically by the system from new leads received, or contacts you have entered into the system.
To access the contacts list in DeskManager Online first click Contacts, then select Contact List.
There are buttons for Add Contact and Reports & Charts at the top of the list.
The Search section can help you search for contacts either by first name / last name / company name, by phone number, or by email address.

Finally we have the Contacts list itself. You will see the name, phone number, email address, city, and sales rep for each contact, as well as the date they were created and last updated.
To view or edit a contact simply click on their name.
