All of your messages can be found in one place on your messages list.
This article will be broken up into the following sections:
Accessing the Messages List
Your inventory list can be accessed from anywhere in WebManager by clicking Message in the side menu, then clicking Messages List.
Search
The search bar always appears at the top of your inventory list.
Use the Reset button to reset your search results.
Messages Views
Your messages list has a variety of views.
This allows you to see all your messages, or just messages in the inbox, archived messages, or messages sent.
Filters & Sorting
Messages can be filtered by a number of criteria such as status, source, and more.
You can find a number of sort options at the top of the window.
Messages Actions
A number of actions are available from the messages list, some which can be done in a batch and some which can be done on a per-message basis.
Batch Actions
Your available batch actions are displayed at the top of the messages list. To perform any of these actions check the checkbox to the left of your desired message(s).
Next click the action at the top of the list.
Per-Message Actions
There is a menu button on the right side of each message in your messages list which will bring up a list of actions.
Right clicking on any message in your messages list will give you the same list of available actions.
