Locations in DeskManager Online

If your dealership has a massive lot, you can add “locations” to specify the location of a vehicle. Locations can also be used to track vehicles that may have left the lot, such as if they’re at an auction or body shop. 

How to Set Up Locations 

First, click the Settings cogwheel located at the bottom of the leftmost sidebar. Under the Organization category, select Locations.

To add a new location, click Add New. 

Name this location. 

To delete a location, click the trash can icon to the right. 

Once you’re satisfied with your location setup, click Save & Close. 

How to Assign Locations 

To assign a location to a vehicle, first navigate to that vehicle’s details page. 

From here, click the Location dropdown in the top-right and select the vehicle’s location. 

Once done, click Save.
