If you’re subscribed to JD Power (formerly NADA) through DeskManager Online, you can run valuation reports without configuring any settings. However, there are a few setup options that may be of interest to you, such as automatically running valuation reports.
If you’re already happy with your vehicle valuation settings and need assistance running and accessing your valuation reports, refer to our article here: Running Vehicle Valuations
First, click the Settings cogwheel located at the bottom of the leftmost sidebar. Under the Integrated Vendors category, select Vehicle Valuation.
Select NADA to set up the associated provider.
Under Valuation Report Defaults, choose if you want to automatically run a valuation report from this provider when a new vehicle is added. If your dealership uses both NADA and Kelley Blue Book, decide if this is your default book value provider.
Be sure to select Show in List so the provider appears as an option in your Values tab within the inventory. If you aren't using this provider at all, you can leave this box unchecked.
After configuring these settings for the current provider, click Save & Close.
