The SiriusXM Interface is only available for dealers who are authorized to participate in the SiriusXM Pre-Owned Program. This program is designed to add value to your vehicles by giving free SiriusXM trials to all of your customers.
First click the Settings cogwheel, then click Integrations, then click SiriusXM.
Next click the Dealer Registration button.
The pre-filled Dealer Registration form will load. Please verify that all the information is correct and accurate.
Next review and agree to the terms and conditions, then click the Enroll Now button. Please wait until the next business day to access SiriusXM Interface.
After your SiriusXM integration is authorized, you will see it on this screen along with the authorization date. As mentioned above the authorization may not occur until the next business day.
Once your dealership is authorized, SiriusXM Integration will be enabled automatically. By default, WebManager will also automatically lookup the SiriusXM radio electronic serial number (ESN) for all vehicles when they are added to your inventory, and any vehicles that are already in your inventory at the time of your registration.
If at any time you decide you do not want to participate in this program, you can uncheck Enable Integration. WebManager will no longer lookup ESNs for your vehicles or submit your inventory to SiriusXM, and you will no longer be able to activate SiriusXM radios. You can always check Enable Integration again if you change your mind.
If you want to choose which vehicles to lookup ESNs for yourself, you can uncheck Automatically get SiriusXM ESN when vehicles are added to inventory. If you uncheck this option, you will need to click Get ESN for those vehicles whose radios you want to activate and wait for your inventory data to be submitted to SiriusXM before those vehicles will be eligible for radio activation.
Be sure to click the Save button at the top when you're satisfied with your choices.
Once the integration is enabled, you're ready to start activating SiriusXM demos on your vehicles. For information on using the SiriusXM Interface, see our article here: SiriusXM Interface
