Valuation Tab

Vehicle valuations help you determine the fair market value of a car. This information is crucial for setting competitive and attractive prices that align with market conditions, ensuring that the vehicles are priced to sell.

The Valuation tab is accessed from inside vehicles in your Staging or Live inventory and is used to view Kelley BlueBook and J.D. Power valuations for the vehicle.

To access the Valuation tab for a vehicle, open your Inventory List. Click the Year/Make/Model of the vehicle, then click the Valuation tab.

Here you will see accordion menus for both KBB Valuation and J.D. Power Valuation. Click the desired valuation provider.

If you do not have access to your desired valuation provider(s) please contact your AutoManager account rep at 800-300-2808.

Vehicle Valuation through this interface is only provided for vehicles with a valid VIN. To look up book values for a vehicle, enter a valid VIN, the vehicle’s mileage, the vehicle’s condition, and any other information the valuation tool requests, then click Update Valuation.

Once a valuation has been run on a vehicle you can click the Update Blue Book Valuation or Update J.D. Power Valuation buttons at the top of this screen.

Any valuations you have run previously will be displayed on this screen for up to 15 days. Any valuations older than 15 days will automatically be deleted by the system.
