Displaying customer testimonials on your website serves several purposes, contributing positively to your company's image, reputation, and overall success.
The WebManager Customer Testimonials settings allow you to manage the customer testimonials that will appear on your website when you select the Customer Testimonials element.
First click the Settings cogwheel located at the bottom of the leftmost sidebar. Under the Website category, select Customer Testimonials.
To create a new customer testimonial, click Add New Testimonial.
Fill in as little or as much information as you want to display. At a bare minimum, customer testimonials must have customer information and comments.
The date will reflect when the testimonial was given.
You can select a star rating by clicking on the stars, with ratings available in half-star increments.
You can also add an image to the testimonial. Many clients choose to upload a photo of their customer, the vehicle, or their customer with the vehicle.
You can Save at any point during this process, however, once you have filled in the information to your satisfaction, click Save & Close.
To edit a testimonial, click on the customer's name which is highlighted in blue.
