AutoManager ePay Balance

To add funds, we will first need a form of payment.

1. To navigate to Saved Cards, hover over Settings, then hover over Account, then click Payment Information.
   
   
2. Clicking “Add Saved Card” will open a new page where you may enter the information for a card you would like us to keep on file for your account.
   
3. The gray box in the top right hand corner of the page displays various information such as: 
   1. Your client ID 
   2. Registered address 
   3. Whether or not your WebManager subscription is active
   4. The last payment date
   5. The amount added on that date
   6. The last 4 digits of the card number 
   7. The card type
   8. Card expiration date.
      
4. If you wish to remove a card, click the “Delete” button to the right of the card on the list.
   

How to Reload ePay Balance

To navigate to the payment information, hover over Settings, then hover over Account, then click Payment Information.

Click Add Funds.

Enter your payment information, then click Submit Payment.

Auto Re-charge is an optional feature that will automatically charge a specific amount to a Saved Card when your funds dip below a specified amount. 

To navigate to the payment information, hover over Settings, then hover over Account, then click Payment Information.

1. The options for the recharge threshold range from $50 - $500.
2. The recharge amount has a range of $50 - $1,000.
3. An email notification for a re-charge will be sent to the address entered in the field below the recharge amount.

Balance Alerts

Balance Alerts are an optional feature that will notify you when your funds dip below a specified amount, ranging from $50 - $500.

To navigate to the payment information, hover over Settings, then hover over Account, then click Payment Information.

An email notification will be sent to the email address entered in the field below the specified amount.

Add Funds Transactions Log

Add Funds Transactions is a log of the transactions on the account.

To navigate to the payment information, hover over Settings, then hover over Account, then click Payment Information.

Each time funds are added, it will appear on this list.
