Credit Checks – TransUnion

This article covers credit checks run through TransUnion directly. These directions will not be relevant if you are using a third party company to pull credit (ex. 700Credit, CBC, etc.).

Before any setup can be performed in DeskManager, you will need to contact TransUnion at 800-985-4208 to obtain the following information:

Trans Union will provide you with the following information:

• Bureau Market
• Submarket
• Industry Code
• Member Code
• Password

In DeskManager click File -> Setup, then in the list on the left, scroll down to Communications and click the + next to it to expand it, then click Equifax.
