Mid Atlantic Financing FLEX Integration

Mid Atlantic Financing FLEX Integration is a Point-of-Sale Financing tool. This integration will allow you to submit your buyer’s information to Mid Atlantic Financing to acquire financing for the deal.

Configuring Mid Atlantic Financing FLEX Integration

To begin click on Settings, click Integrated Vendors, then click Lenders.

Next select Mid Atlantic Financing Co. from the list.

Under the FLEX Dealer Registration section enter your Dealer ID in the Dealer ID box. This Dealer ID will be provided to you by Mid Atlantic Financing.

If you do not have a Dealer ID from Mid Atlantic Financing, click the link below the Dealer ID box to start the registration process. Mid Atlantic Financing will contact you after you’ve filled out the registration form.

Once you have entered your Dealer ID, click Save & Close at the top of the screen. When this is done, you are ready to start using the FLEX integration.

Deal Requirements

The Mid Atlantic Financing FLEX Integration is available from within any Retail - Financed deal.

There are some fields outlined below which will be required in order to submit a customer Mid Atlantic. These fields can by found by clicking on the Buyer tab then clicking on the name of your buyer.

Under the General tab the First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Zip Code fields are required. The Address field is also required. The address must have the address number as well as the street name, and it cannot be a PO Box.

Under the Identification Data tab the Date of Birth is required.

Under the Credit Application tab your buyer’s current employment information will be required.

If you’ve had to make any changes to the buyer’s record, click the Save button in the top right.

Using Mid Atlantic Financing FLEX Integration

Once your Retail - Financed deal has all the required information, click the Lenders tab.

Next click Submit to Lender, select Mid Atlantic Finance Co. from the list, then click OK.

After clicking OK you will see a breakdown of all the data to be sent to Mid Atlantic. Review this information and when you are ready to proceed click Submit to Mid Atlantic Finance.

When submitted you will be presented with Lender Offers. These offers may include GAP as well as a GPS device.

Review the offers presented, then when you would like to proceed with one click the Select button next to that offer.

Next you will see a prompt informing you that the deal values will be updated to reflect the offer you’ve chosen.

You can also find the offer you’ve selected in your Mid Atlantic Financing portal.
