Creating and Exporting Custom Reports Via FTP

At the top click Reports, a reports window will open. Double click Report Builder and a new window will open.

To create a custom report, click New in the top left, a report builder window will open

Enter the report title, then set the report type from the dropdown menu.

In the list below you can select the fields to be included in the report.

1. If you cannot find the desired fields, click the button to the right with an image of binoculars that says Search Field and a new window will open for you to enter the text of the desired field to search
2. Once all the fields are selected, click Save in the top right of the window and the window will close.
3. The Report Builder will now show the custom report by the Title it was given.
   

4. There are two ways to begin exporting the custom report:

   A. From the list of custom reports, select the checkbox of the report you would like to send by FTP, then at the top of the window click the Options button, then click FTP.
   

B. Double click the custom report from the list, then at the top of the window click the Options button, then click FTP.

1. Both of these options will bring up the same FTP Server Information Window.

   1. Here you will enter the information provided by the FTP recipient, including the FTP host, Host Directory, Login Name, Password, the desired File Name, and File Path.
   2. Once that is entered correctly, click Upload at the bottom of the window.
